I am selling a piece of land in Slovenia - Krško, with a house on it. The land takes 155m2 and it is located in a small village. The village is in a vineyard area, and the land is especially known for wine production. Whole village has approx. of 10 houses, and it lies on a big hill surrounded with forest from all directions, but it's also near to the highway, approx. 25min. The location is very nice. It takes around 1.5 hours form Zagreb (Capital city of Croatia), as also around a 1.5 hours from Ljubljana (Capital city of Slovenia).
The house is made of stone, and is around 50 years old. It would be urgent to renovate it. I already have renovation plans, made from a known architect in Slovenia, but I don't have money to do it myself. I can help you find the right people to help you fix the house as soon as possible, and arrange all other details for you. The price for everything like it is now would be 27.000 EU, and it would take you another 4.000 EU to make a dream house out of it. I can send you all the papers, new drawings, proves that no dept is binded into house and so on.
